The only complaint I have is my billing is posted promptly, where are my test results?? This is my information, Athena Health gives me access to it, why isn’t it posted ? If I changed doctors in 2023 would I have to get paper copies to bring to new Dr? Dr Lee is great, wouldn’t change, buuut the information should be posted.

I was kept waiting one hour twenty minutes past my appointment time. This was an issue since I was late for a following dental appointment. I forgot to ask Dr. Budhwani his thoughts on lower back ablation while taking blood thinners. This is an issue I need to settle quickly to improve my physical function. Excellent service

The doctor is great, but the scheduling leaves a lot to be desired. Waiting time is long and no effort is made to improve the efficiency of the schedule. That's just the way it is seems to be the attitude. I was a bit surprised on my last visit to see nurses walking through the reception area from the opposing office with plates of food in hand. This does not seem very professional, especially when many elderly patients are in the waiting room probably missing their lunch as they sit there.
